Purlin Mill uses only the highest grade of structural steel, Grade 55. Before packaging, each piece is also carefully coated with G-90 steel overlay for added protection and a superior product.

Cold building is not only more cost effective, but also faster and provides a structure that is highly regarded as more durable and resistant to corrosion, pests such as termites. And at the Purlin Mill the customer can customize their structure to fit their specific needs. Said customer can choose from a variety of building styles: American Barn, Gambrel, Gable, Single Slope or a combination of any available style. Customers can also request added features such as tile and mezzanine floors, bays, eaves and overhangs.
